This has been reported in timesofindia.indiatimes.com dated 5 August 2015.
The girls had been either kidnapped or lured by agents while they were barely adolescents aged between 11 to 14 years, and were sold for prices ranging from Rs 2 lakh to 3 lakh at the various 22 'kothas' (prostitution dens') at Agra's Kashmir Bazaar in the course of the last decade.
The sex scandal was revealed when of the girls, who had been kidnapped from Nerul area in 2007, had gathered up courage to request one of her visiting clients in Agra to look for her family back in Navi Mumbai. She had explained that she had been trapped in this sinister world for eight years.
She had been forcibly kidnapped by some women who gave her food laced with sedatives.
After rescuing her, the police arrested some pimps and came to know their modus operandi – they used to target those juvenile girls who have some family problems or some personal issues. They would lure them to come and see Taj Mahal in Agra or promise to get them a job.
