CIA reveals - ISIS have used chemical weapons and can make chlorine and mustard gas

#ISIS #peshmerga #mustardgas #chlorinegas CIA director John Brennan has revealed that Islamic State fighters have used chemical weapons in the past and are capable of making small quantities of chlorine and mustard gas. Last year, officials in the autonomous Iraqi region of Kurdistan had indicated that blood tests had shown that IS fighters had made use of mustard agent in an attack on Kurdish peshmerga forces in August. As many as 35 Peshmerga fighters had been exposed and some of them were taken abroad for treatment. At that time, there were apprehensions that IS had used mustard agent.

The director of CIA has indicated that there has been several instances of where ISIL has used chemical munitions on the battlefield. The CIA also believes that the IS group has the ability to make small amounts of mustard or chlorine gas for weapons. Moreover, there are possibilities that the Islamic State group could export the weapons to the West for financial gain.
Hence, it is necessary to cut off the various transportation routes and smuggling routes that they have used to carry on their activities. President Bashar al-Assad`s regime and rebel forces have accused each other of using chemical agents in the nearly five-year war that has killed more than 250,000 people.

A new robber gang is on the prowl in Paris – they blow a powder known as Devil’s Breath into the face of the victim who goes into a zombie like trance and lose their valuables. The Triad-style gang is believed to be using a powerful Colombian drug popularly known as 'The Devil's Breath'. The gang consists of two Chinese women, aged 42 and 59, and a man. They have allegedly targeted dozens of people in this fashion.

Once the powder is blown into their faces on the street, the victims transform into a hypnotic state 'under total sway' of their attackers. It seems one victim had parted with over £73,500 in valuables and cash alone.
The drug is known as Scopolamine (in Colombia it is called as 'The Devil's Breath') and it is considered to be one of the most dangerous drugs in the world. It results in people losing their free will and, if the dose is high, it could be fatal.
Scopolamine is odorless and tasteless and had been used by CIA to extract information from suspects. The drug turns people into complete zombies and blocks memories from forming. The victims have no recollection if what happened even after the effect of the drug wears off.

The US is Big Brother and, he is worried about terrorism activities especially from European extremists who have fought in Syria. Then there is the response of Europe to Russian aggression and European hostility to American technology companies following revelations that the companies turned over data to the NSA.
In view of these ground realities, the US used to maintain a network of communication with agents in foreign countries in Europe who used to provide useful information.
This was in addition to official meetings of CIA officers with their counterparts in the host country's intelligence service in order to conduct joint operations with host country services.
But – contacts that are not official have now been stopped.
This current stand-down is believed to be a result of the fallout from the July 2 arrest of a 31-year-old employee of the German intelligence service. He was suspected to be spying for Russia, and he has admitted to the authorities that he had passed on 218 German intelligence documents to the CIA.
Then in a second case, authorities searched the home and office of a German defense official who was suspected of spying for the U.S., but he denied doing so, and no charges have been filed against him.
Following these revelations, Germany asked the CIA station chief in Berlin to leave the country.
This was an unprecedented demand from a U.S. ally and demonstrated how seriously the Germans were taking the situation, because they had already been stung by revelations made by Edward Snowden, a former NSA systems administrator, that the agency had tapped the mobile phone of German Chancellor Angela Merkel.

CIA estimates that Islamic State has over 31,500 fighters

This is indeed a piece of disturbing news – as per estimates of the CIA, the Islamic State (IS) may be having over 31,500 fighters in Syria and Iraq or nearly three times higher than had been earlier estimated news.sky.com.
This is based on a review of intelligence reports obtained between the period from May to August which indicates that the militant group can muster between 20,000 and 31,500 jihadists – this is up from a previous figure of 10,000.
In the opinion of CIA spokesman Ryan Trapani, this new total reflects stronger recruitment by IS after its military successes and declaration of a caliphate in Iraq and Syria. US Secretary of State John Kerry is trying to prevail upon the Arab states to support an expanded American military campaign against IS, including airstrikes in Syria.
The key Arab allies have reportedly promised to "do their share" to fight IS, including stopping the flow of fighters and funding to the militants, but NATO member Turkey is unwilling to join the group.
The 10 Middle East allies have announced their backing for a strategy to "destroy" the group "wherever it is, including in both Iraq and Syria," following a meeting with John Kerry in the Red Sea city of Jeddah. He believes that he has the backing of at least 40 countries in their joint effort to a worldwide fight to defeat the militants.
