Mike Koval, the police chief in Madison, Wisconsin, has revealed that the 19-year-old Tony Robinson Jr was killed in a struggle with police. But, Tony’s mother has said that her son had never been a violent person. He has now become another example of the things that are happening all over the United States.
It was the case of another black kid shot by the police for no reason.
Mike Koval has indicated that more than one shot was fired, and the officer concerned had administered CPR, and Tony Robinson was taken to hospital where he died. Mike Koval has also agreed that Tony Robinson was unarmed.
This death comes in the wake of other killings of young unarmed black men by police officers like the death of Trayvon Martin in Sanford, Florida, Michael Brown in Ferguson, Missouri and Eric Garner in Staten Island.
Unless such deaths are prevented, the image of the police will keep getting tarnished.

Another fatal shooting of a black teen by the police in Missouri

It was yet another instance of shooting of a black teen by a white policeman in St Louis in Missouri. The 18-year-old teen was shot and killed not far from where a similar shooting in August led to weeks of unrest nzherald.co.nz.

As per the version of St Louis Police Chief Sam Dotson, the off-duty officer was moonlighting as a security guard when he shot and killed the teen who had, apparently, opened fire first.
The police version is that the young man killed in the incident was one of a trio of suspects who had attracted the attention of the officer as he drove around a St Louis neighborhood in a private security patrol vehicle. When the officer got out of the car, the youths took off running, and the officer gave chase.
The police have reportedly recovered a nine-millimetre handgun at the scene, but relatives of the youth insist the teen was unarmed. The case is similar to the case of August 9 and the hooting in the nearby city of Ferguson of another black teen, Michael Brown.

18-year-old Brown was shot at least six times by a white police officer, and his body allowed to lie in the street for several hours and the tragic incident led to weeks of violence in Ferguson which is a St Louis suburb of 21,000 with an African-American majority and an overwhelmingly white police department and town government.

America is the greatest world power and a land of plenty and, very few countries have the guts to defy Americans. Their NASA sends astronauts to space and Americans also dictate terms to others and are involved in hate crimes. In this highly civilized world, a white policeman had shot to death a black teenager in the city of Ferguson where majority population is black and the police are whites. That death of 18-year-old Michael Brown had set off an unrest, police had to fire tear gas shells and the Governor had to clamp curfew. The death of the teenager enraged the locals and scores of them descended on the scene, about four miles south east of Canfield Drive – the teenager had been shot at least six times by a police officer of Ferguson on August 9. The police had to deploy tear gas and stun grenades in recent nights as peaceful protests turned violent after nightfall. As per the authorities, protesters had hurled bottles and Molotov cocktails at lines of police who had arrived to quell looting and violence in the neighborhood. As a result, Missouri Governor Jay Nixon had to summon the National Guard to try to restore order to Ferguson which is a town of about 21,000 people that is overwhelmingly African-American. It has now been reported in news.sky.com that a man wielding a knife has been shot dead by police in the north St Louis which is located some four miles from Ferguson. The suspect has been identified as a 23-year-old African-American male – he was approached by officers following reports of a robbery in a convenient shop. The report also mentioned of a man who had a knife and was acting erratically.
